Tandoori Chicken (serves 4)

Ingredients:

  1. 1 c. Greek yogurt
  2. Juice of 1 lime
  3. 1 clove garlic, minced
  4. 1 tbsp. freshly grated ginger
  5. 1 tsp. Handi garam masala
  6. 1/2 tsp. Handi ground turmeric
  7. Kosher salt
  8. Pinch of cayenne pepper
  9. 2 lb. chicken legs

Method:

Step 1

In a large bowl, whisk together yogurt, lime juice, garlic, ginger, garam masala, and turmeric and season with salt and cayenne.

Step 2

Add chicken and toss until fully coated. Let it marinate in the fridge for at-least 2 hours.

Step 3

When ready to bake, preheat oven to 400ยบ and line a baking sheet with a wire rack. Bake chicken 20 minutes, then flip and bake 20 minutes more. Heat broiler and broil until skin is crispy and serve hot.
